Work closely with stakeholders, users and vendors to ensure timely implementation of new ICT application projects within allocated budget and provide ongoing support and maintenance of implemented systems.
Manage vendors and ICT application system contracts by ensuring contractual obligations are met and timely delivery of results by the vendors.
Plan, co-ordinate and execute enhancements to the ICT application systems.
Have good understanding of ICT application systems and related business processes to ensure close integration of ICT application systems with business requirements.
Align ICT application systems with the various government\'s and SFA\'s policies and standards.
Evaluate and recommend appropriate technology solutions to meet business and project needs.
Provide updates and present to Senior Management and various stakeholders as and when required.
Involved in other projects or activities such as disaster recovery planning, audits and budget planning.
Qualifications
Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering or equivalent.
Other Requirements
Strong project management and people management skills.
Experience with developmentand maintenance of Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions is preferred.
Good knowledge of relevant ICT technologies and standards. Certificate in project management is preferred.
Proactive self-starter with an analytical and creative mind.
Excellent written, verbal communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
