What the role is:You conduct research and produce reports on security developments and bilateral issues, and monitor relevant developments to build expertise in your area.What you will be working on:You identify key research areas, guide research efforts, and formulate assessments based on your findings. On this, you develop subject matter expertise in your area of coverage. Your challenge lies in analysing and evaluating information to identify relevant details for developing accurate, relevant, and timely intelligence products. You also need a good understanding of the defence and security landscape in the region.What we are looking for:You must have tertiary qualification, preferably in Social Sciences, Political Science, International Relations, International Studies, Security Studies, with at least 6 years\' relevant working experience preferably in analysis or research roles. Possession of strong analytical, proficient writing, communication and interpersonal skills is essential. You should also have a keen interest in regional geo-political and military developments.
