What the role is:You administer resource requirements for all entities within a training institute, covering education, training, logistic support, accounting, and event and services support.What you will be working on:You supervise and direct operations of all functional groups within the resources branch, oversee Human Resource (HR) administration and security, and manage resource allocation and logistical support for events. Your challenges lie in balancing resource availability and demand to ensure optimal training and logistical support, while regularly reviewing and improving the training support system.What we are looking for:You must have a tertiary qualification, with at least 6 years\' relevant working experience. Possession of strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills is essential. You must be able to manage staff at all levels. You must be adept at multi-tasking, managing multiple responsibilities with irregular working hours, meeting deadlines, and effectively coordinating between different stakeholders. Familiarity with MINDEF/SAF operating procedures in logistics, finance and HR is preferred.
