As an Assistant Director / Senior Assistant Director, you will be responsible for leading and managing new projects focused on the implementation of Artificial Intelligence (AI), Data Transformation, and Machine Learning initiatives within the organization. Your role will be critical in driving innovation, enhancing business processes, and leveraging cutting-edge technologies to achieve digital transformation objectives as part of Gardens by the Bay\xe2\x80\x99s drive to greater empowerment via data intelligence. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and subject matter experts to ensure successful project delivery and drive organizational growth through advanced data analytics and AI-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities: * Project Planning and Initiation:

• Define project scope, objectives, and success criteria related to AI, data transformation, and machine learning initiatives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to assess project feasibility, identify key requirements, and determine resource needs.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets, considering potential risks and mitigation strategies.
• Team Leadership and Management:

• Assemble and lead a multidisciplinary project team, including data scientists, AI specialists, developers, and other relevant professionals, both internal and external to the organization.
• Delegate tasks, set clear responsibilities, and ensure effective communication within the team.
• Motivate team members, monitor their progress, and provide coaching and support to facilitate their success.
• Stakeholder Engagement:

• Engage with stakeholders at all levels, including executives, department heads, and end-users, to understand their requirements and expectations.
• Communicate project progress, challenges, and outcomes to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
• Address any concerns or conflicts that may arise during project execution.
• Risk Management:

• Identify potential risks and issues related to the project and develop risk mitigation plans.
• Regularly monitor project progress and address any deviations from the plan promptly.
• Implement contingency measures as needed to ensure project success.
• Resource Management:

• Coordinate with the resource management team to ensure the availability of required tools, technology, and infrastructure for project execution.
• Optimize resource allocation to maximize project efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Quality Assurance:

• Establish quality standards and metrics for project deliverables.
• Conduct regular reviews to ensure that the project meets the defined quality standards.
• Implement continuous improvement measures based on feedback and lessons learned.
• Reporting and Documentation:

• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes.
• Prepare regular progress reports and present updates to project stakeholders and senior management.
• Post-Implementation Support and Evaluation:

• Oversee the implementation of AI, data transformation, and machine learning solutions.
• Facilitate post-implementation evaluation to measure the success of the projects against predefined objectives.
• Identify opportunities for further improvement and future enhancements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the context of digital transformation, AI, data transformation, or machine learning projects.
• Solid understanding of AI, data analytics, and machine learning technologies and their practical applications.
• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational abilities.
• Proven track record in delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Passion in keeping up with technical innovation and trends in AI and machine learning.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or other relevant certifications are advantageous.
