Job Description

What you will be working on:
Assistant Director / Senior Engineer / Engineer (EICA) for Changi Water Reclamation Plant (WRP) Construction o Work closely with Consultants/Contractors, and plant operators to develop/expand WRP to ensure that end users' requirements are managed and met in terms of scope, quality, benefits and risks within the constraints of the project's timeline. o Preparation of tender specifications for the calling of tenders/quotations, evaluation of tender bids and putting up tender submission for its award. o Review electrical, instrumentation, control and automation (EICA) design together with Process, Civil and Mechanical counterparts to ensure that these meet with design and specifications. o Review design calculations submitted by Contractor and ensure compliance with requirements by existing operations and maintenance teams at WRPs, standards and code of practices. o Manage and administer the projects and monitor the progress to ensure timely completion of projects within budget and meet financial requirements. o Monitor Consultant's progress by monitoring the project schedule against actual work on site through regular meetings. o Verify and process monthly progress claims of works and ensure that claims are valid and in accordance with the progress of works done. o Evaluate the alternatives proposed by the Consultant(s) and ensure that the design meets the objectives of the project. o Coordinate with all stakeholders for interfacing with Plants and other ongoing contracts. o Monitor performance of Consultants
What we are looking for:

• Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering o Experience in plant design/ construction/ operations & maintenance work is preferred
