Job Responsibilities



The Assistant Director / Senior Manager of Community Partnerships & Communications (CP&C) provides strategic leadership and oversees the planning, development and execution of CCF's fundraising, donor engagement, communications, community partnerships, and volunteer management efforts. This role is critical in building sustained public support, advancing CCF's mission, and ensuring long-term resource mobilisation.


Strategic Leadership



Provide vision, leadership, and direction to the CP&C team across fundraising, communications, partnerships, and volunteer engagement. Translate organisational strategies into actionable departmental plans aligned with CCF's long-term goals. Partner the CEO and Board Committees (e.g. Community Partnerships Committee) on strategic initiatives, reporting, and organisational positioning. Maintain oversight of departmental risk registers and contribute to the organisation's business continuity planning.

Fundraising & Volunteers Engagement



Develop and implement multi-channel fundraising strategies to achieve annual and long-term funding targets. Identify and cultivate new funding streams, including major donors, foundations, legacy gifts, and recurring donors. Lead the development of structured volunteer programmes, competency frameworks, and engagement strategies to grow and sustain a vibrant volunteer base. Champion a culture of service and shared ownership among volunteers and the wider CCF community. Ensure all fundraising activities comply with regulatory requirements and align with CCF's donor recognition and ethical fundraising practices.

Communications & Brand Management



Lead the development of an integrated communications strategy to strengthen both CCF and Hair for Hope's brand, public awareness, and engagement. Oversee content creation and management across digital, social media, print publications, and other communication platforms. Enhance CCF's digital presence and storytelling through data-driven campaigns, media partnerships, and advocacy initiatives. Provide strategic oversight of all external communication materials, including media statements, marketing collateral, social media content, and publications, ensuring consistent branding and messaging across platforms.

Partnerships & Development



Strengthen relationships with corporates, community groups, institutions, and individuals to foster broad-based support for CCF's mission. Oversee the full partnership engagement lifecycle, including acquisition, relationship management, stewardship, and recognition across various partnership tiers. Oversee the development of partnership-related communications such as grant proposals, impact reports, and partnerships materials, ensuring alignment with funder expectations and CCF's strategic goals.

Qualifications & Requirements



Education & Experience


Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field. At least 10 years of experience in fundraising, communications, or stakeholder engagement, with 5+ years in a managerial capacity. Prior experience in the non-profit or healthcare sector is preferred.
Key Skills & Competencies


Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Strong strategic planning and project management capabilities. Proven track record in fundraising, marketing communications, and volunteer engagement. Digital fluency and experience managing multi-platform campaigns. * Meticulous, adaptable, and able to manage competing priorities under tight deadlines.
