What the role is:You are responsible to analyse the training results (fitness and attrition) of soldiers across the Army.What you will be working on:On this, you actively monitor and ensure that the soldier performance protocols are implemented safety and effectively. Your challenge lies in being able to work closely with the various stakeholders to co-develop the soldier performance dashboard and also being able to manage the tech refresh and data flow to ensure that the data collected and displayed remain up-to-date and relevant.What we are looking for:You must have a tertiary qualification in Data Analytics, with at least 6 years\' work experience in data analytics work or in related field. Possess strong applied knowledge and skills in data analytics tools and methodologies is essential. You must be able to work independently with minimal supervision and operate as both a leader and team player.
