If you share our vision and possess the qualities we seek, join us!What you will be working on:What the role is: As a Quality Service Management (QSM) specialist, you drive MOT\'s service excellence and lead efforts in the organisation\'s service quality and standards. Key Responsibilities: 1) Manage MOT QSM channels (emails, phone calls, face-to-face) and effectively resolve customer issues and feedback through close coordination with MOT divisions and Statutory Boards; 2) Drive quality service initiatives to improve processes in managing feedback including developing and updating operating manuals; 3) Prepare timely performance reports and trend analyses to senior management; and 4) Handle public communications and engagement on transport issues.What we are looking for:The candidate should be a Singapore citizen with some relevant working experience.
