What the role is:Family Life Group (FLG) strengthen and support families to realise the vision of making Singapore the best place for family life through our policies, programmes and publicity efforts. The Services Division oversees a range of services designed to build and support families at different life stages. We believe that strong families form the core of a strong society. The Baby Bonus and Leave Branch administers the Baby Bonus Scheme and the Government-Paid Leave Schemes, which are key initiatives to support Marriage and Parenthood. We are looking for individuals who are keen to contribute to MSF\'s mission of fostering strong and happy families to join our team. This position is an excellent opportunity to hone your skills in a) regulation and compliance; b) operational policy reviews; and c) operational service delivery, in relation to Approved Institutions / Approved Persons for the purposes of the Child Development Co-Savings Scheme.What you will be working on:Your role will involve collaborating with partners, internal departments, government agencies and vendor, and manage a small team to \xe2\x80\xa2 Understand, analyse and streamline processes for Baby Bonus Scheme \xe2\x80\xa2 Review and translate business requirements into systems development requirements \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure features on the Baby Bonus systems are implemented within budget, scope and timeline \xe2\x80\xa2 Review and analyse data to support daily operations for compliance and efficiency \xe2\x80\xa2 Prepare submissions to managementWhat we are looking for:
