A full-time position offers non-contact time within a Monday - Friday work schedule for meetings, reflections and documentation tasks. Termly events that fall on Saturdays include Open Houses, Professional Development, Team Bonding Experiences and Community Events, which bring us together across Blue House. Collaborating with other educators to implement best practices and respectful nurturing and care to children aged 18 months to 6 years old. . Welcoming families at drop-off and pick-up timings and helping to check children in. . Ensure a clean, safe and enriching environment for children's explorations. . Participate in the environment set-up and reset at the start and end of the day. . Work alongside educators in caregiving routines such as diaper or clothing change, meal serving and snack preparation. . Support educators in displaying documentation pieces for families and school environments. . Offer support in parent events for festivals, exhibitions, field trips and parent volunteering opportunities Pre-Requisites: . A Certificate in early childhood education (ECE) or . A diploma or degree in hospitality, social services, or psychology with the intent to take up training in ECE . A minimum of one year's working experience with children under 6 is preferred .
