Develop overall eCommerce commercial and marketing strategy and execution plan to achieve FY sales targets and revenue growth.
Plan and execute monthly campaigns for BAU and key consumer periods (11.11 / 12.12 etc) on eCommerce marketplaces
Work with TikTok Shop agency to plan and execute affiliate partnerships and livestreams for TikTok Shop campaigns.
Assist in tracking, reporting and analysis of eCommerce KPIs to enhance campaign efficiency and maximize sales potential.
Work with the brand, supply chain and finance teams to ensure there is clear forecasting & trend reporting.
Marketing & Working Budget Management
Track & manage the A&CP budget. Ensure the budget is spent with maximum effectiveness (ROI).
Work with local marketing team to brief, plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including paid advertising offsite and onsite, livestreams, to improve eCommerce platform's visibility, drive traffic and increase sales.
Manage store's onsite and affiliate program with enabler in marketplace.
eCommerce Operations
Managing the day-to-day operations of platforms in collaboration with ecommerce enabler, including new product listings, campaign store merchandising set-up and other operations.
Assist in Content & Design briefing and UI optimisation of all digital channels to improve UX and drive customer conversion.
Enhance customer engagement and increase conversion rates by optimizing the user experience across all e-commerce platforms. Including ensuring faultless campaign setup and live campaigns on time.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING ESSENTIAL:
2+ years working with or in marketplace (Lazada or Shopee), with a track record of success in driving revenue growth and improving ecommerce key metrics, preferably in a multi-brand and matrixed environment.
