JOB DESCRIPTION

Assist draw or modify electrical and GA diagrams or write engineering specifications to clarify design details and functional criteria of the equipment with respect to customers' requirement Assist conduct inspection and quality check of diesel generators and electrical switchboards Assist conduct installation and troubleshooting of diesel generators and electrical switchboards Assist set up and operate test equipment for calibration or configuration of diesel generators and electrical switchboards Keen mind on quality management, with good documentation, continuous improvement of processes. Keen mind on operational planning to ensure good continuous supply of equipment for customers and internal requirement Support sales personnel for technical clarifications with customers Involved in pre-sales activity of machinery sales, e.g. sizing of generators, studying of tender documents etc. End-to-end view of projects involving installation of standby generators for buildings/factories, rental of prime generators for shutdown projects/events etc.

REQUIREMENT

Minimum Diploma/ current pursuing a degree in Electrical Engineering or any relevant course Ability to read and amend schematic drawings & circuit drawings Experience and knowledge in generators a plus Willing to learn fundamental mechanical knowledge. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese speaking associates. Occasional site visits to construction site or offices Inquisitive mind and independent work style
