• Diploma in Engineering / Business / Supply Chain
• No Exp Welcome - Training Provided
• Mon - Fri / Office Hour

Responsibilities

• Support in resource planning, tracking of revenues and expenditures
• System Administrator for the Asset Management System
• Support in procurement
• Coordinate with various teams to manage all Assets\xe2\x80\x99 information (e.g. Asset Register, SOP, Reports, etc.)
• To develop various documentations (e.g. SLA, SOP, Report, Contract, etc) and monitor the validity & expiry of each documentations
• To gather information on operations and activities for Audit-purposes
• Assist to plan and conduct Internal Audits
• Perform Physical Asset condition assessment
• Support to plan and forecast the Asset Management (e.g. Asset\xe2\x80\x99s Life Cycle)
• Support in driving towards the ISO 55001 requirements
• Support in incoming/outgoing QC checks when required
• Any other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Possess a Diploma in Engineering / Business / Supply Chain or related discipline
• No experience are welcome to apply and training will be provided
• Proficiency in MS Office (Powerpoint, Excel & Words)
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment

• Location: Macpherson / Ubi
• Working Hour: Mon - Fri, Office Hour
• Salary: Up to $2600/mth + AWS + VB
