Responsibilities:

Responsible for the operation and maintenance of Core Mobile Network and International Gateway infrastructure
Be part of the Fraud Management team to strengthen M1\'s protection against spam/spoof calls and Short Message
Diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve service-related complaints from customers and overseas partners in a timely manner
Liaise with vendor and internal unties to perform software patching and upgrades
Collaborate with internal units to perform execution of configuration change requests

Requirements:

Minimum Diploma in Telecommunications, Computer Engineering or Information Technology
Minimum 1 - 2 years of related experience
Highly motivated individual and good team player with a positive and keen-to-learn attitude
Strong analytical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Able to communicate effectively in both verbal and written English
Basic technical knowledge on computer networking
Able to perform standby and shift duties
