Job Description
Responsibilities
- Work in a team to maintain the mechanical or electrical installation and equipment.
- Assist in the installation, operation and maintenance of Company's plant, machinery, building and associated facilities.
- Carries out inspection and servicing of the Company's mechanical and electrical installations, building and associated facilities, air-conditioning units, machinery and equipments.
- Attend to request / complaints from users and carries out minor repairs.
- Liaise and attend to outside contractors during major repairs or installation works and provides assistance as required.
- Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Building Services, Facilities Management or equivalent.
- Preferably with some relevant experience in building, facilities and M&E services maintenance.
- Able to work on weekend/Public Holiday or perform 12 hrs rotating (Day/ Night) shift when required.
