- Working hours: 8am -5pm, lunch hour 1 hour,
- Annual Leave: minimum 14 hours day +1 days
- Location: Marsiling
- Salary: Basic $2500 to $4000
- Class 3 license will be advantage/ taxi claim
- Conduct image processing application tests.
- Provide technical consultation to customers regarding products.
- Offer technical support to sales engineers for products.
- Conduct product training and seminars for customers.
- Manage and maintain test lab and demo loaners.
- Plan and maintain demo loaners lab.
- Deliver and collect demo loaners from customers.
- Ensure quality of products delivered to customers.
- Keep documentation and compliance of products up-to-date.
- Responsible for products\' certifications and documents such as RoHS, REACH, CE, CMRT, and other required directives.
- Generate quality reports for new and existing products.
- Develop maintenance and calibration schedule for tools and equipment.
- Ensure compliance with company\'s safety directives.
- Minimum requirement is a Diploma in Electrical/Electronics/Computer Engineering or equivalent.
- Must have experience in evaluating machine testing samples and ensuring smooth machine operation.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as VB, C++, and C# is a bonus.
- Must be computer literate and skilled in using Microsoft Office.
- Preferably, the candidate should have 1-2 years of relevant experience in the machine vision industry.
- The candidate should possess qualities of a team player, be meticulous, diligent, independent, responsible, and hands-on.
- Must be willing to travel when required.
