Job Responsibilities

- Daily QC Oversight - support the Quality Manager in supervising QC inspectors and enforcing adherence to inspection SOPs


First Article and New Product Inspection Review of Quality Documentation & Customer Submission Participate in internal / external audit on systems and processes (AS 9100 QMS) Work with the team / supplier to resolve non-conformance issues Enforce practices of good safety culture and good manufacturing practices. Ensure all quality plans are properly documented and maintained. Facilitate the implementation of quality system in the organisation. Review inspection Report, COC before releasing to customers Monitoring quality control and assurance processes. Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor

Job Qualifications/Requirement:

Diploma in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Quality Engineering Minimum 2 years of experience in quality assurance or QC in a precision machining environment Experience with ISO 9001 and AS9100 systems and management preferred Experience working with ERP/QMS systems for quality documentation

Required Competencies

Good knowledge in quality metrology and measurement equipment Familiar with AS9100 standards, QMS documentation, and First Article requirements Capable of reading and interpreting complex mechanical drawings and specifications Knowledge of CMM measurement principles and quality reporting formats * Strong communication skills for internal coordination and customer-facing situations
