Assistant Engineer (Process)Job Summary:Company Background: Global MNC Chemical Manufacturing FieldLocation: WestWorking days: 5 days, Mon - Fri (8:15am - 5:30pm)Salary Range: up to $4000 (Depend on experience) + AWS + VBKey Responsibilities:

• Responsible for factory routine / ad-hoc / maintenance task
• Plan and execute total preventive & corrective maintenance for different functional machine /equipment/facility
• Identify critical machine parts and stock in accordingly to minimize machine idle time.
• Manage spare part store and inventory within cost budget
• Perform machine setup and ensure smooth machine run prior handover to production
• Maintain up to date maintenance schedule, procedures, machine manual, risk assessment, check list and establish new SOP if necessary
• Guide and train the team member to enhance their technical knowledge
• Key maintenance personnel to lead a team of maintenance technicians for assigned duty
• Assist Engineering function for new machine/line introduction in terms of design and implementation
• Liaise with various vendors for job quotation & retrofit of machine
• Work according to 5S principle and company safety regulation
