Accel Analytics Pte Ltd is a solution provider for analytical and measurement instrumentation products. Due to our current expansion plan, we are looking for an Assistant Engineer to join our Service Team
Roles & Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive after-sales support, including installation & commissioning. Perform maintenance and troubleshooting of gas detectors, gas analyzers & liquid analyzers. Offer technical consultation to customers, addressing their inquiries and providing expert guidance. Efficiently troubleshoot and resolve problems within specified timelines, ensuring customer satisfaction. Prepare accurate and detailed service reports to document work performed.
Requirements:
Minimum ITE/Diploma in relevant field Relevant training and guidance will be provided. Independent, responsible and willingness to learn personality. * Class 3 driving license will be an added advantage. (Transport allowance will be provided for candidates with own transport)
