Air Liquide Singapore Private Limited (ALSg), the largest and leading industrial gas company in South-east Asia, employs 800 people recognized for their high level of expertise to provide gases, equipment, services and packaged solutions to support the requirements of the Singapore manufacturing industry..How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

• Learn to use the Statistical digital tool, AVEVA Predict Tool -Understand the end to end Plant process and relate it to the digital tool.
• Perform correlation study to identify independent critical parameters that need to be monitored in the Statistical digital tool.
• Conduct data analytics study on selected critical parameters to explore better methods of monitoring the parameter to improve the detection and reduce false alarm triggering.
• Track and report tool adoption and utilization rate.
• Perform Process mapping and highlight potential gaps. The Gaps can be anything from software capability, workflow or human factor.
• Come up with work instructions for the different tasks performed using the statistical tool for any user to perform the task without prior knowledge of the tool.
• Optimize the Statiscal Process Control Power Bi KPI Dashboard.
• Assist in optimizing the whole operations to enhance operational excellence and keep it self-sustaining.

• Possess or has a strong interest to understand basic data mapping competencies and ability to understand systems architecture and programming constructs such as APIs, data models.
• Comfortable and able to challenge conclusions and impact business outcomes.
• Has strong analytical skills and proficient at multitasking and summarizing observation.
• Has a strong interest in improving work processes through mathematical or statistical methods.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for interns to collaborate effectively with team members, present findings, and convey complex ideas clearly.
