Responsibilities:

Coordinate & supervise maintenance.
Manage technicians and workers.
Daily listing of jobs in ES and SAP.
Provide field report to commercial.
Perform onboard vessels and workshop repair & maintenance.
Conduct toolbox meeting and risk assessment.
Create Purchase Requisition for spares and work order.
Liaise with customers & contractors, supervise, monitor & update job status, arrange inspection and prepare job acceptance on completion job

Requirements:

Diploma in Mechanical or Marine Engineering
Preferably 3 - 5 years of working experiences in marine industry or similar capacity
Able to deal and communicate with stakeholders effectively at all levels
Possess man-management experience to supervise and deploy workers
Possess high level of initiative
Able to work under pressure
Proficient in MS Office
