To assist Test Engineers to conduct new product qualification tests. To assist Test Engineer to conduct failure analysis or evaluation as requested by internal or external customers. To be accountable for the quality and accuracy of the test results. To write and present test reports and other reports as required for product release and qualification. To ensure all databases are updated on time and reports are filed properly. To design PCB and Fixtures for tests when assigned by the supervisor. To be fully responsible for the equipment assigned by the supervisor. This include equipment maintenance and calibration co-ordination. To conduct FA dimensional measurements whenever necessary or as requested by supervisor. To ensure good housekeeping of the lab. To maintain the lab management system so as to meet the requirements of ISO 17025. To support the purchase of lab consumables and services by creating PR/PO. To conduct monthly Product Audit tests. The Experience You Will Bring Requirements: Diploma in Electronics / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent At least 3 years work experience in laboratory with mechanical, electrical and environmental test skills. Worked in production/QA testing and failure analysis environment. What Will Put You Ahead Knowledge in mechanical tension/compression testers and electrical measurement. Operating temperature cycling, thermal shock and temp-humidity chambers Competent in IT skills such as MS Excel, Powerpoint, Words Good interpersonal skills and able to work in teams Cross-sectioning skills Dimensional measurement
