Responsibilities

Carry out Mechanical Maintenance works (servicing, repair, overhaul), troubleshooting and implement solution on customers' component and operational systems.
Supervise sub-contractors and ensure high quality of work and compliance with safety and work procedures.
Ad-hoc maintenance supports after office hours when required.
Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
Manage risks, troubleshoot cross-domain issues, and ensure quality control throughout the project lifecycle.
Conduct post-project evaluations to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
Minimum 3 years of experience managing technical projects across engineering disciplines.
Working knowledge of mechanical systems (e.g., HVAC, rack layouts, power distribution).
Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
Knowledge of SAP system will be advantage.
Preferably Class 3 License.
