Assistant Engineering Manager (casting Single Crystal)
Job Description
1. Develop advanced casting process for single crystal and grain size control to achieve
precise grain orientation and defect-free structures.
2. Support tooling and ceramic shell design for advanced investment casting processes.
3. Conduct metallurgical evaluations, identify casting issues, and lead defect reduction
projects.
4. Participate in new product projects, automated casting process and perform cost
analyses.
5. Drive lean manufacturing and sustainability initiatives to improve efficiency and
reduce waste.
6. Mentor engineers and oversee the entire casting process, from wax tooling to
machining operations.
7. Maintain casting process documentation, process work instruction, and related
records.
8. The working environment requires the ability to read and write in Chinese, as you
will be handling Chinese clients.
