Responsibilities:
- Supervise and ensure safety of vessel maintenance and repair works.
- Carry out troubleshooting and rectification of mechanical/diesel defects.
- Assess defects and feedback efforts to commercial.
- Monitor maintenance order target date and settle admin works upon job completion.
- Assist in logistic support, lifting of equipment, preservation of craft etc
Requirements:
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering/Marine Engineering
- Able to use measuring tools such as Micrometer, Bore Gauge and Calipers
- Able to work under pressure
- Able to work in a team
- Physically fit and able to work in shipyard environment – heat, grease, dust
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel.
