Main Responsibilities:




Drive new revenue and enrolment for ILHAM's programmes (non-aLIVE) Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities Support the business development team in preparing proposals, presentations, and pitches Manage and maintain client databases Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients Provide administrative support to the business development team as needed Ensure the company's message is communicated effectively to clients and prospects Identify potential risks, as well as potential areas for growth Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely project delivery Attend industry events to build and maintain a professional network #

Minimum Requirements:




1-3 years proven sales experience with closing responsibility (inside sales, telesales, or field). Basic analytics literacy and test-and-learn mindset. Experience in business development and relationship management Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong negotiation and presentation skills * Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
