Assistant Executive (centralised Processing)

Job Description
: * Extraction of information from various systems.
- Reconciliation of information.
- Validation of reconciling items.
- Liaise with the source departments to resolve discrepancies.
- Preparation of output file for payment processing
- Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisor
- Contract, 2 years
- Monday to Friday: 8:30am to 6pm
- $3300 + PB
- Kallang/Lavender MRT
- At least a Diploma in Accountancy or other relevant professional qualifications (e.g. Advance LCCI, CAT)
- Minimum one year of experience as Accounts Assistant or bookkeeper.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and SAP.
- Good understanding of FRS and SB FRS.
- Meticulous with good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Good customer service skills.
- A good team player.
- Good presentation skills.
- Able to multi-task.
- Able to meet tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of tenancy and rental accounting, hands on experience of SAP accounting system will be an added advantage.
