Job Description

What the role is:
The Environmental Health Institute (EHI), a research arm of the National Environment Agency (NEA), conducts multi-disciplinary scientific research that translates into evidence-based public health programmes and policies. We are seeking a dynamic professional to drive procurement projects within our scientific research environment.
What you will be working on:

Coordinate and collaborate with internal stakeholders and vendors to ensure smooth payment operations, front desk operations and contractor supervision
Perform procurement administrative work such as raising small value purchases or purchase order requests
Handle general administrative duties such as meeting scheduling, anonymisation of research samples

What we are looking for:

A team player with good communication skills
Ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholder groups
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Meticulous with keen attention to detail
Strong organisational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word and Outlook)
Experience in Workday is preferred
