Job Description

Primary Responsibilities * Assist the Executive Housekeeper with the day-to-day management and operations of the Housekeeping Department * Establish and/or implement operating policies, procedures and standards and ensure compliance * Ensure Primary Responsibilities Assist the Executive Housekeeper with the day-to-day management and operations of the Housekeeping Department Establish and/or implement operating policies, procedures and standards and ensure compliance Ensure daily maintenance of room inventory to achieve optimal levels of revenue Implement control measures to minimize errors and waste Develop and manage annual budget in line with the company overall business plan & strategies Implement training plan and schedules to ensure that staff have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs efficiently Requirements Diploma in Hotel Management or relevant fields Minimum 2-3 years experience in similar capacity, preferably in a 5-star hotel Excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving and interpersonal skills
