Assist in consolidating and maintaining HR files, records, and databases.
Manage and respond to emails, phone calls, and inquiries related to HR matters.
Assist recruitment coordination including job posting, schedule arrangement, etc.
Overlook in onboarding and offboarding process.
Maintenance and update of organization chart.
Keep track of staff movement in relation to HR activities.
Coordinating HR related events for employees.
Handle basic employee inquiries and concerns.
Administration of travel arrangement such as hotel booking; visas processing
Requirements
1-2 years of relevant HR experience
Nitec or Diploma in business admin or relevant field
