Main Responsibilities:




Check and verify attendance records of staff Enter and update work hours accurately and timely Liaise and communicate with Centre Managers and relevant stakeholders on HR-related matters Ensure accuracy and completeness of HR data and documentation Provide administrative support to HR operations and other ad-hoc duties as assigned #

Minimum Requirements:




Minimum Diploma in any field Experience in HR administration or a related field is preferred Proficient in MS Office and HR systems (experience with SmartHRMS is an advantage) Meticulous with strong attention to detail and accuracy Good organisational and time management skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
