About Our Client

Our client provides a variety of financial services for the healthcare network in Singapore. They continue to expand despite the increased volatility in the job market, providing great job security for its employees.

  • Communicate with HR department to obtain necessary guidelines and paperwork needed for processing payroll
  • Compute the monthly payroll for different cost centres
  • Participate in month-end closing and reconciliation of accounts
  • Manage employees\' claims and handle all tax-related paperwork
  • Take charge of CPF contributions and refund matters
  • Address inquiries from employees
  • Other ad-hoc duties

The Successful Applicant

  • Diploma in Business Administration/Commerce/Accountancy/HR, or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Self-motivated and able to think critically
  • Familiar with Employment and CPF Acts
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and SAP system
