Communicate with HR department to obtain necessary guidelines and paperwork needed for processing payroll
Compute the monthly payroll for different cost centres
Participate in month-end closing and reconciliation of accounts
Manage employees\' claims and handle all tax-related paperwork
Take charge of CPF contributions and refund matters
Address inquiries from employees
Other ad-hoc duties
The Successful Applicant
Diploma in Business Administration/Commerce/Accountancy/HR, or equivalent
Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Self-motivated and able to think critically
Familiar with Employment and CPF Acts
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and SAP system
