Assistant Executive (payroll)

Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- To process payment/collection in accordance with stipulated policies/guidelines and established service standards.
- Liaise with external party on payment eligibility
- Process payment and collection
- Handle exception scenario
- Perform quality check on system computation
- Perform monthly fund reconciliation
- Discuss and escalate complex cases for review and decision.
- Handle customer requests within established service standards to deliver a positive customer experience.
- Procurement of office supplies
- 2 years contract (renewable based on performance and headcount needs)
- Depot Road
- Mon to Fri 8.00am to 5:30pm
- Up to $2800 + PB
- Minimum GCE \xe2\x80\x98A\xe2\x80\x99 Level / Diploma Holders
- At least 1 year of working experience.
- Relevant experience in payroll processing and/or customer service is an advantage.
- Meticulous
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Result oriented
