Liaise with external party on payment eligibility

Handle exception scenario
Perform quality check on system computation
Perform monthly fund reconciliation
Discuss and escalate complex cases for review and decision.
Handle customer requests within established service standards to deliver a positive customer experience.

Salary:
Up to $2800 + PB
Job Requirements:
Minimum GCE A Level / Diploma Holders
At least 1 year of working experience.
Relevant experience in payroll processing and/or customer service is an advantage.
Meticulous
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
