What the role is:

This position in the Communications Cluster of the Public Service Division (PSD) supports the team\'s efforts to address public queries and feedback, including drafting empathetic replies

What you will be working on:

Key Responsibilities: In this role, you will be assisting with the following: \xe2\x80\xa2 Receive feedback and suggestions from members of public coming through various PSD feedback channels (e.g.: PSD hotline, Quality Service Manager inbox and the whole-of-Government Feedback Management System) \xe2\x80\xa2 Track and follow up on cases, and ensure that resolutions are provided accurately and within established service standards \xe2\x80\xa2 Provide administrative support to Director of Comms \xe2\x80\xa2 Manage Director\'s schedule \xe2\x80\xa2 Administrative support for cluster

What we are looking for:

Competencies Require \xe2\x80\xa2 Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular) \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent time management skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Attention to detail and problem solving skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent written and verbal communication skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience in call centre or customer service background would be an advantage Relevant fields of study: Marketing, Communications Shortlisted candidates may expect to receive an application outcome within 8 weeks from application date.
