Location : Upper Changi Road North

Position : Assistant Executive (Trans-Tech Planning Projects)

Contract period : Immediate - 12 months

Working hours :

Mondays to Thursdays : 8.30am \xe2\x80\x93 6.00pm

Fridays : 8.30am \xe2\x80\x93 5.30pm

Qualification : Diploma, (preferably with some finance background)

Salary range from $2,200 - $2,700 per month depending on qualification and relevant working experience.

Job scope:

The job-holder needs to assist T&TD Finance Rep in creating, reviewing, maintaining mundane and voluminous data entry due to the sheer volume, manual tracking, records monitoring, digging out old records to make outstanding payments to vendors. T&TD\xe2\x80\x99s Fin Rep oversees about $84M DB and $68M OOE in FY23. The temporary employee will aid the Finance Rep in the following areas:

a) Preparing budget for new financial year based on Contracts/ Letter of Acceptance / Payment Milestones created in iLMS.

b) Matching of entries in iLMS to database tracker.

c) Constantly monitoring and timely adjustment made to the Budget list for accuracy after receiving inputs from stakeholder on changes in payment milestone, start of new projects, termination of contracts, AOR estimated budget requirements, etc.

d) Liaising with Project Managers on the documents required to process payments that are overdue.

e) Tracking of overdue payments to vendors.
