Job Description

What the role is:
The role Executive primarily manages the CNB HQ renovation project.
What you will be working on:

Coordinate consultation with CNB stakeholders and requirements gathering for the renovation project o Manage and monitor renovation expenditure in accordance with approved budget o Oversee and monitor the schedule for renovation works and ensure project is completed in accordance with approved project timeline o Manage the necessary procurement activities for the renovation which include consultation, renovation work, furniture, etc. o Manage consultants from multidisciplinary teams o Conduct final inspections at the end of renovation to ensure all works have been carried out as per agreed scope of requirement

What we are looking for:
The Job Holder should possess: o Certifications in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related field o Experience in office renovation and/or facilities management o Ability to review design drawings o Knowledge in Government Procurement o Some level of organising skills to ensure all documentation in relation to the renovation project is properly maintained o Good communication and interpersonal skills for working with diverse stakeholders and contractors o Any other task assigned by Manager, Logistics in conjunction with CNB HQ Renovation project This is a 2-years contract position.
