Attend to feedback, breakdown and customer service requests
Attend to fault-calls and carry out level 1 rectification of faults
Supervise and coordinate with contractors and vendors on works according to scheduled maintenance, repair, shut-down and overhaul works
Assist Engineer /Manager to update records of Mechanical and Electrical system servicing reports and monitor the performance of the systems and equipment
Manage daily operation duties
Run operations and adhere to contract SLA requirement
Generate all relevant report in a timely manner
Requirements:
Nitec/ Higher Nitec or Certificate in Electrical or Mechanical with relevant working experience
Able to work on 12 hours shifts, including weekends based on duty schedule
Able to communicate with customers, peers and superiors effectively
A team player with good verbal and written communication skills
