Summary
This role mainly supports and is responsible for coordinating office daily operation, supporting decision-making processes, and managing fit-out project implementation, ensuring timely, cost-effective, and high-quality outcomes in alignment with Lidl & Kaufland Asia's business needs. This role will also need to support and manage other facility management related tasks. The objective of the position is to oversee and support the efficient operation of our office facilities in a highly organized manner. This role involves managing vendor relationships, coordinating maintenance activities, supporting space planning, and ensuring compliance with company standards and safety regulations. Also, to bring strong administrative skills, a proactive mindset, and a solid background in facilities or office management.
