Job Description

Job Responsibilities: Maintain the mechanical or electrical installation and equipment. Assist in the installation, operation and maintenance of Company's plant, machinery, building and associated facilities. Carries out inspection and servicing of the company's mechanical and electrical installations, building and associated facilities, air-conditioning units, machinery and equipment. Attend to request / complaints from users and carries out minor repairs. Liaise and attend to outside contractors during major repairs or installation works and provide assistance as required.Job Requirements: Min Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Building Services, Facilities Management or equivalent. At least 1 Year of relevant experience in building, facilities and M&E services maintenance.
