Company DescriptionBosch Building Technologies is divided into the international product business and the regional system integration business. Currently, the three product areas of video systems, access control & intrusion detection systems and communication systems as well as the associated cross-sectional functions within the division are to be set up as an independent unit and then further developed as a sustainable core business by a new owner.

  • Responsible for the availability and proper functioning of infrastructure and real estate. You are responsible for the planning, awarding and management of trades, repairs, conversion/new construction measures and building security for all sites in APA w/o China
  • Search for new lease locations and support the property management during lease negotiations.
  • Coordinate relocations and restructuring of work areas as well as the planning and implementation of maintenance and repair work.
  • Responsible for planning, monitoring, controlling and optimizing property-related costs and budgets.
  • Develop standards for the use and equipment of office, production, development, logistics and assembly areas and initiate, monitor and implement measures and projects to achieve strategic corporate goals.
  • Introduce suitable tools and processes in the areas of project management, energy management, space management, relocation management, maintenance, visitor support, building cleaning and security.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and cost savings. This also includes monitoring energy consumption and environmental impact.
Qualifications
  • Degree in industrial engineering, facility management, or a related field.
  • 5 to 10 years of relevant professional experience in facility management and possess solid knowledge of commercial tenancy law, SAP CAFM, and CAD, along with a strong understanding of technical guidelines, standards, and regulations.
  • Hands-on experience in project management and FCM budget administration.
  • Thrive in an international, virtual team setting, demonstrating responsibility and attention to detail.
  • With a strong customer and service focus, possess excellent communication skills, as well as effective time management and coordination abilities.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English is required. Additional language skills, beyond the local language, will be considered as an asset.
