\xef\x82\xb7 Ensure escalation procedures and incident reporting procedures are implemented and in place
\xef\x82\xb7 Assist in the development of guidelines and strategies to ensure compliance with Jones Lang LaSalle\xe2\x80\x99s and Client\xe2\x80\x99s business conductHEALTH & SAFETY MANAGEMENT
\xef\x82\xb7 Ensure the provision of a safe working environment
\xef\x82\xb7 Ensure compliance with statutory regulations on fire, health and safety standards
PROCUREMENT MANAGEMENT
\xef\x82\xb7 Ensure vendors are well-managed, delivering services on time and within budget
\xef\x82\xb7 Ensure that vendor procurement processes comply with agreed client procurement guidelines as well as Jones Lang LaSalle best practiceEXPERIENCE
\xef\x82\xb7 Min. 3-5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in facilities, property management or related field with technical background
\xef\x82\xb7 Knowledge of local occupational health and safety requirements
\xef\x82\xb7 Knowledge of critical facilities
\xef\x82\xb7 Knowledge of vendor management for specialized services
\xef\x82\xb7 Has an understanding of basic technical aspects of property (ACMV, Fire Protection system, Mechanical & Electrical system, BMS system)
\xef\x82\xb7 Proven capacity to understand and interpret commercial contracts
\xef\x82\xb7 Strong budget management and financial analysis skills.COMPETENCIES
