Job Description

Capital Strategy & Execution: Architect and execute the Group's overseas capital raising strategy. Lead end-to-end transactions including structuring, negotiation, and execution of debt financings (syndicated loans, project finance) and potential equity-linked instruments to fuel international growth. Investor Relations & Storytelling: Develop and own the global investor relations narrative. Translate our technology-driven business model, market leadership in consumer robotics, and aggressive growth trajectory into compelling investment thesis for international institutional investors and analysts. Financial Leadership & Analysis: Conduct sophisticated financial modeling and analysis to optimize the Group's capital structure, cost of capital, and treasury operations. Provide strategic recommendations to the C-suite on funding strategies, M&A opportunities, and financial risk management. Cross-Functional Partnership: Serve as the key finance liaison between international subsidiaries, HQ in China, and global stakeholders. Ensure seamless communication and alignment on financial strategy, performance, and reporting.
Market Intelligence: Maintain deep knowledge of global capital markets trends, with a specific focus on the TMT (Technology, Media, Telecom) and Consumer Products sectors, to inform strategic decision-making.



Job requirement



8+ years of progressive experience in a combination of corporate banking serving large corporates, investment banking, or corporate finance/treasury at a multinational corporation. A proven track record in structuring, negotiating, and successfully closing cross-border financing transactions (debt or equity) is essential. Deep sector expertise is non-negotiable. Candidates must demonstrate a profound understanding of the TMT and Consumer Appliances sectors, including key value drivers, competitive dynamics, and supply chain complexities. Mandatory requirement: Native or bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin is required to act as the primary bridge between international financial partners and our Group headquarters. Exceptional financial analysis and credit assessment skills, with experience in managing complex client portfolios or corporate treasury functions. Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage confidently with C-level executives, board members, and senior investors. * Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and manage multiple high-stakes projects simultaneously.
