Assistant Finance Manager

Are you an experienced finance professional who enjoys leading teams, driving process improvements, and ensuring financial excellence? We are looking for an Assistant Finance Manager to oversee a portfolio and deliver accurate, timely, and insightful financial reporting.

The Role

This is a leadership position with responsibility for end-to-end financial management, compliance, and reporting. You'll partner with stakeholders to provide robust financial insights while mentoring and guiding a dedicated finance team.





Key Responsibilities


Deliver accurate financial reporting, analysis, budgeting, and forecasting for the assigned portfolio. Prepare annual financial statements in compliance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards. Assess accounting standard changes and apply correct treatment across business activities. Manage Net property income, rental revenue adjustments Manage tax-related matters including income tax and GST filings. Lead statutory and internal audits, serving as key liaison with auditors. Identify process gaps, strengthen internal controls, and drive system improvements. Provide leadership, coaching, and direction to finance executives.


Requirements


Degree in Accountancy or equivalent professional qualification (CPA/ACCA preferred). At least 5 years of relevant finance/accounting experience, ideally with exposure to the real estate sector. Prior supervisory or team leadership experience is an advantage. Strong knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards. Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and accurate. Experience with Yardi or other Accounting systems Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
