Job Responsibilities * Drive and consolidate in-depth operational analysis for Hotel and Food & Beverage * business units * Guide the Shared Services team on month end closing and to review balance sheet * schedule to ensure compliance wi Job Responsibilities Drive and consolidate in-depth operational analysis for Hotel and Food & Beverage business units Guide the Shared Services team on month end closing and to review balance sheet schedule to ensure compliance with FRS and proper book-keeping Monitor closely on business performance reporting, and its recovery and action plans Monitor capital expenditure for operations, maintenance & projects and its ROI Coordinate and guide Business Units in preparation & submission for yearly budget setting and discussions Support related & ad-hoc projects to drive continuous improvements Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end closings Requirements: Degree in Accounting and preferably with ACCA, ISCA or other professional Accounting qualifications At least 6 years of relevant working experience, of which at least 3 years in supervisory capacity preferably in a fast-paced organization with shared services environment Ability to work independently and effectively deliver under tight timelines Excellent team worker with strong communication, analytical, people-management and organization skills Experience in hospitality/FMGC/F&B industry is a must Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
