The Company
I am partnering with a growing Asia-based private equity fund with ~US$1B in AUM to hire an Assistant Finance Manager for their expanding regional finance team. This will be the first finance headcount in Singapore as the firm expands its footprint into Singapore to support continued growth.
The Role
Reporting to the Finance Director in Hong Kong, the Assistant Finance Manager will have fund accounting responsibilities across 1-2 PE funds and corporate accounting responsibilities, not limiting to:

• Reviewing quarterly fund reports prepared by administrators
• Preparing distribution notices and processing payments
• Supporting cash flow management, reconciliations, and reporting
• Assisting with audit, tax, and MAS regulatory filings as needed

While the role sits in a finance team straddling Hong Kong and Singapore, this role is required to be highly independent as it is fund accounting hire in Singapore.
Work arrangement: 100% work-from-office, central Singapore
Your Profile

• CPA/CA/ACCA qualification required.
• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
• 5 years' relevant finance experience, ideally with initial years in external audit and exposure to PE/asset management fund accounting.
• Self-disciplined, driven, willing to roll up your sleeves to work beyond the JD.
• Strong communicator with ability to liaise across regional teams.
