The Company

This is an exciting opportunity with a premium brand within the Real Estate industry. Due to evolving business needs, we are actively recruiting for an Assistant Finance Manager to be part of the established team.

The Role

Reporting to the Senior Finance Manager and managing a small team, you will be responsible for the monthly reporting, analytical review of variances, review monthly forecast, annual budget, review payments and fund request for subsidiaries. Other key areas include submission of GST returns, corporate income tax, property tax and review statutory financial statements. You will also manage MAS quarterly and annual submissions and handle compliance related matters. Ensure compliance with local statutory requirements, accounting standards and SGX/MAS requirements. Liaise with internal and external auditors, trustee, tax agents and external service providers as well as to provide support to other ad hoc projects.

Your Profile

To qualify for this role, you must be a Chartered Accountant with a Bachelor Degree in Accountancy and minimum 5 years of relevant accounting and financial reporting with Big 4 accounting firms and/or commercial firms. It is essential to have exposure to financial reporting and consolidation with SGX listed companies. We are looking for a meticulous, motivated and resourceful finance professional with high learning agility and excellent interpersonal skills.
