The Company

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of an established Luxury Retail Group with growing presence in Asia. Due to evolving business needs, we are actively recruiting for an Assistant Finance Manager to look after the SEA region.

The Role

Reporting to the Finance Manager directly, you will be the key point of contact for financial reporting in SEA and work closely with the regional departments and the local accounting team. The key responsibilities include driving GL review, accruals planning, procure to pay analysis, tax reporting, reviewing monthly, quarterly and yearly actual reporting in the group consolidation tool. You will also play a supporting role on cost center reporting, operating expenses and capital expenditure in order to support the budget process and opex variance analysis. Other key responsibilities include being the key point of contract to the outsourced service providers and attend to queries with solutions. Ensure appropriate work processes are adopted in adhering to strict reporting datelines.

Your Profile

To qualify for this role, you must have a Bachelor\'s Degree in Accountancy with minimum 8 years of relevant experience ideally within Retail or FMCG industry. It is essential to have strong knowledge of financial reporting standards and regulations and familiarity with SAP. We are seeking an analytical and meticulous Assistant Finance Manager with excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work well with different stakeholders.
