Accounting System Management

Administer and maintain the company's accounting system (Oracle NetSuite). Review system entries for accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and internal policies. Monitor system performance and liaise with vendors/IT to resolve technical issues. Lead and support system upgrades, implementations, and integrations with other platforms. Streamline and automate finance processes through optimal system use. Establish and monitor internal controls within the accounting system to safeguard data integrity. Recommend and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Financial Operations & Reporting

Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and variance analyses. Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts Lead, manage and prepare monthly doctors commissions process Review and implement doctors commission policies and practices Assist in treasury matters including treasury operations, monitoring cashflows and preparing payments Reconcile bank statements and accounts Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations Support strategic planning, cost analysis. Assist in the preparation of financial presentations for executive leadership. Support internal and external audits by providing requested documentation and analysis. Contribute to the ongoing improvement of financial policies, SOPs, system and processes.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail. Meticulous, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively. Process-oriented mindset with an interest in system improvements and technology adoption. Proactive in identifying opportunities for work improvement and operational efficiency. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with internal and external stakeholders. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment. * Knowledge of Oracle NetSuite will be an added advantage.
