Assistant Finance Manager

to join their growing team and play a key role in strengthening the finance function.


Key Responsibilities:



Supervise and guide the Accounts team in daily operations, including journal entries, accounts receivable/payable, and general bookkeeping tasks. Manage the full set of accounts to ensure accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions. Oversee bank reconciliations, AP/AR management, and month-end closing processes. Prepare financial statements, schedules, and management/audit reports. Review quarterly GST submissions and ensure compliance with local regulations. Liaise with external auditors and tax agents, preparing documentation and reviewing computations as needed. Provide financial insights and operational advice to management to support decision-making. Coordinate with the corporate secretary on statutory compliance matters, including maintaining registers, filing annual returns, and AGM/EGM documentation. Maintain and enhance internal controls, accounting policies, and financial procedures. Identify and implement process improvements for efficiency and accuracy. Lead the implementation of the new QuickBooks accounting system. Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications & Requirements:



Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline. Minimum 8 years of relevant experience managing a full set of accounts, preferably within a project-based or equipment installation environment. Proven experience in supervising and developing accounting staff. Strong understanding of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS) and local tax regulations (GST and Corporate Tax). Proficient in

QuickBooks

and

Microsoft Office

applications. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Hands-on, detail-oriented, and proactive in problem-solving. Fluent in written and spoken English.



Working location: Kaki Bukit


Working hours: Mon- Fri 8.30am- 5.30pm
